I live in Oregon where it rains a lot this time of year. And where there's rain, there are clouds. Dark, gray ominous looking clouds. I'm a guy who likes sunshine. Blue sky and sunshine! It's easy to get down and depressed on these dark, cloudy days. I've found a way to stay happy even on these kind of days. I just close my eyes for a few minutes and imagine scenes of bright, sunny days. Blue sky. Green trees. Sun reflecting off of white, sparkley snow! That beautiful blue lake i went to last summer. Think about those images for awhile, and soon you'll be in a happy state! Try it.
